Navigating trees on development sites through the planning process can be challenging. We will discuss the hurdles and opportunities associated with trees from the early stages of site acquisition to receiving planning permission.  Plus we will show you how to undertake a simple tree survey and give you the Eight Trees Calculator Tool to take away.

Thermal bridging analysis 101
Thermal bridging analysis can add to the overall available floor area of a scheme, shore up a project’s costs and timescales, and prevent the need for last-minute addition of further thermal insulation or improved air tightness. The session will cover the ‘what, when, how and why’ of thermal bridging analysis.
